Nantucket Community Sailing (NCS) in Nantucket, MA is seeking an experienced and energetic 420 Coach to lead the Nantucket High School Sailing Team this spring.  Job responsibilities would include, but not be limited to: coaching the team on a daily basis from mid-March through the end of May, organizing off-island travel and high school racing schedule, traveling with the team, helping team members to progress in the 420, and assuming overall responsibility for the well-being of the team and its equipment.  Practices are generally held from 3pm-6pm four days/week with regattas on some Saturdays.  Seeking applicants either living on Nantucket or living off-island and willing to commute as-needed to the island, on behalf of NCS.
