Nantucket Community Sailing (NCS) accepts returns for Nantucket Community Sailing purchased through our online store for exchanges only. NCS will accept your exchange of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase with the original receipt of purchase. Merchandise may be exchanged at Nantucket Community Sailing main office location or by mail.
Without and original receipt or packing slip, NCS will accept a return within 30 days of the original purchase and we will issue a merchandise exchange for the current selling price at the time of the return.
Please note that any Final Sale merchandise is not eligible exchange. Nantucket Community Sailing reserves the right to change this Returns and Exchanges Policy at any time.
Any shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Washed or worn merchandise cannot exchanged unless defective.
Purchases made through our online store may be exchanged by mail following the instructions listed. Nantucket Community Sailing will accept your exchange of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks to receive your exchange. Nantucket Community Sailing is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
Nantucket Community Sailing's Rapid Exchange Service: If the item you purchased isn't quite right and you need a replacement as soon as possible, we'll save you time with our Rapid Exchange Service. Simply call us at 1-508-228-6600 and we'll immediately place an exchange order for you, charging your preferred credit card. Once we receive your returned items we will we will credit your account.
When sending an exchange back to NCS, please repack the merchandise in the original packaging, and enclose the original packing slip and note why the exchange is being made. Mail the package to the following address:

Packages must be returned pre-paid using an insured shipping method. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries.
