Jetties Sailing Center - Reopening after Irene

The NCS Jetties Sailing Center will reopen after Irene begining today at 12:00pm. The JSC will be operating with a smaller fleet, but will still have sailboats, windsurfing equipment, kayaks and paddleboards available.
