AccesSport America & NCS are hosting their 8th Annual Fun Run/Walk

AccesSport America and Nantucket Community Sailing are teaming up again for the 8th Annual Nantucket Fun Run/Walk & Outrigger Canoe Races.
This is a benefit for AccesSportAmerica, a national non-profit organization that is known for inspiring higher function and fitness for children and adults with disabilities through high-challenge sports. Now in its eighth year, AccesSportAmerica with the collaborative efforts of NCS, are offering a day filled with adaptive windsurfing, Hawaiian outrigger canoeing and kayaking for children and adults with disabilities.

This event will take place at Jetties Beach on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 10:00AM
         Registration opens at 9:30AM
         Start time for the Fun Run/Walk is at 10:00AM
            Donations to participate are $25/Adult and $10/Child

There will be Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Races following the Fun Run/Walk
(Weather permitting)
